ATI display cards (TV out) for CRT's (1 Viewer)

Most ATI cards display tv out PAL at 60hz which makes fast moving objects stutter across the screen when using a CRT tv.

To correct this problem you need to install POWERSTRIP and change the refresh rate to 50hz. After you have done this the picture on a CRT tv is perfect.
