ATI TV Wonder 650 (1 Viewer)

"Card not detected"...search forums find support list...not on there...directions to add your card...

I have searched the forums and tried the 'install your own card'; I have failed horribly. Those 'directions' for installing your own card filter renders and whatever just isnt 'noob' friendly. I get the MPEG-2 Demultiplexer and the 5 thingies off there. I start on the xml thing and after that I cant get anything right.

I have the card and I havent gotten to work with many other programs. Id rather not pay 70 bucks to buy Beyond TV 4.4. Anyone else got this card working with MP? Can anyone give me a better walkthrough to add it myself?

Any help would be appricated.

I am having the same issue in getting my OEM version of the ATI TV Wonder 650 PCIe to be detected, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

ya so far Beyond TV is the only I have been able to find that see the card too, any updates to media portal getting this card to work yet?

Hi, try installing an older version of the drivers. Try 6.14.10.258 or earlier..... From 7.11 forward ATI changed something that does not work with MediaPortal..

Yes...its the same with PCI-E....
