I have been working on installing MediaPortal after hearing about it on the Windows Home Server forums for add-ins.
I managed after some searching to get my TV card recognised - needed to register the ATICMENC.DLL file (thanks Wiki!)
I cannot however get the card to autotune or get any stations (I am in Virginia, USA). I get one block on the signal strength and no channels. I saw one post in the Wiki about changing some of the switches in the CaptureCardDevices.xml file. I changed this but started getting the cannot graph card error again.
Can anyone shed any light on what I am missing or doing wrong? I have spend a few hours searching but maybe I missed the vital keywords!
This app looks really cool, I hope I can get started and resolve the TV issues. I can't wait to ditch the ATI software and use something cool like this!
