If you need the .exe files, simply open the .mpe1 installer with 7zip and extract the .exe files from there.

install MediaPortal 1.7. ( if was not already made)
download the latest package.
install the package
go to "%programdata%/Team MediaPortal/"
copy the folder "Atmowin" where you want.

Easier then creating zipfiles on repos, for a file already available.
