I just upgraded to Windows 10 (clean install) and installed everything including AtmoWin from the MP repository. Unfortunately the first message when starting I got was that MSVCP110.dll and MSVCR110.dll were missing. I copied them from my previous install in the AtmoWin directory and it doesn't say that anymore, Now it says something like (translated):
"Cannot start application (0xc000007b)"

Anyone got it working?

I am on Windows 10 64b Education Edition

Looks like you are missing a few required libraries, MSVCP110 means Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 is missing which you can download here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 (x86)
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632 (x64)

Normally install both in case of future applications (x64 or x86 legacy) that require it as it doesn't hurt to have to them both installed at the same time, believe you will also need 2013 libraries for some add-ons later on so would install that as well:
