Audio not synced with M2TS files (1 Viewer)

Possible fix can be use gdsmux.exe (from haali media splitter) to mux M2TS to MKV. This only change container, not reencode anything.
I have same issues of audio out of sync with .m2ts, however, when I play it with MPC-HC (standalone) it is fine.
BUT, when I play with MPC-HC as external player through media portal, it is again out of sync!!?? How is it possible?
Second question: is there a way to scale movie to 16:9 in mediaportal? The stretch or non-linear stretch do not stretch 1080p material to full screen as I would like to (fullHD plasma screen).
Specs: Nvidia 8200, AMD 4850dual core, 4GB RAM + Vista ultimate, CoreAVC, Haali splitter and MPC-HC as part of CCCP.
