Audio out of sync in mkv's with subtitles (1 Viewer)

I have a problem with subtitles in mkv's, everytime i activate a subtitle stream the audio gets out of sync.

Using coreavc, haali and ffdshow and mpc as external player.

Anything i can do about that?
