yesterday i took the time to try windows 7 out... (64bits RTM) guess what? no more sync problems at 24hz!!!!! :o I have tested DTS (AC3filter SPDIF out) = no sync issues! AC3 (AC3filter spdif out) =no sync issues! FLAC (MadFLAC) = no sync issues! FFdshow for video Reclock is used as audio renderer and set to accept spdif formats. HDMI drivers : 229 from realtek Ati drivers: 9.7 Mediaportal 1.1 alpha with the latest svn installed But here comes the next problem.... The automatic refreshrate changer does not work anymore :-(, but hey... one step closer to perfection! This avsync issue have really bothered me from the day i got a 24hz capable TV. who would know that the answer would be Windows7. I must say everything feels so much more fluid with windows 7. Even the seeking in videofiles from mediaportal goes so much faster and smoother than with my old vista 64 edition.
