Could this be the problem?EditActually it seems the problem is not related to the above file. If I change focus away from MP when the refresh change happens it stops. When I do start in 24p i get stutter on star trek (2009) however stealth which is h264 does not.I started star trek.. stopped it and then checked the refresh rate in Nvidia control panel. While the tv went to 24 hz the nvidia control panel showed 23HZ. I suspect this may be the problem will investigate further. Will try to delete 23hz from the nvidia</blockquote>
