Analog sound volume is controlled via pc, the ac3 for example via passthrough will be controller via the reciever only. To avoid this the only way i would know is to use the analog output of your pc and let the pc decode the ac3 streams. Or buyin a dolby digital live capable soundcard and use spdif again. Intresting to read that some reciever level the volume for you.</p></blockquote><p></p>
