can you please switch the extensive logging in PowerScheduler on.
It look like that your EPG data are not correct, but the extensive log will tell us what is in there.

This is specific to us, are both your pc's set to do ms updates.
The reason behind this is, i know my devices are set not to resume,
But MS have been busy with downloads the last week, just wondering if one of those screwed things up.

Curiosity killed the cat. But i'd still like to know how it died.

yup, my htpc systems is set up in the way that regulary does windows updates, because it's recommended by MP devs... it really could be the couse of the prob we had...

Hi,
update (into MediaCenter):

I'd made this with MP off:

1) Open MediaCenter
2) Select suspend button from close menu in homepage
3) Result: the pc instantly suspend itself and resume instantly without bios steps, any reloads from hibernate file from hard disk, ecc (tipically this operation with "auto" resume is about 60 secs on my system without MCE and with MP or without nothing in running...).

This is very very strange too !

Then the total time for this operation was 4 sec..!

Something wakes up the pc when is suspended but I don't think that is hardware because since last week the suspend worked fine for me...

Can you try on yours PCs to reproduce this?

If Media Portal has not been activated then your issue has NOTHING to do with MP. again i would say check all hardware in device manager.
MP is good but if not activated does not, repeat not run as a background program.

I have watched into ALL hardware items and I have not even one flag checked on option for standby... It's all as you said... Now I have tried to disconnect ALL Usb device (infrared receiver and mouse) and the pc finally hibernates !!! (by power button)...

At this point I have a problem about USB Bus...

Any ideas?

For what you said about MP: in the past, since subreleases before 14 April 2006, my system worked fine (I have a ghost image of it !), so I want that you explain me this mistery: after loading the working ghost system is ok (after some reboots, too), but if I copy next SVN (overwriting MP files then then run start.bat then two or three reboots, ecc) I started MP then press the suspend button on remote and system suspend and resume again...!

This is a big mistery... Isn't it ??

I don't want absolutely accuse MP, but.... I can't understood what's happen wnen I install that strange SVN...

However, now I have RC4 and system "auto" resume, too (if I have connected any Usb device)...

Hi,
I've solved my ptoblem, too... In the device manager there is an option for show all hidden peripherals and... on one of this (MS Remore ehome Keyboard HID) was checked for power up the pc from suspend ...
