every time i finish watching an episode it automatically deletes itself. ive looked in the config options but cant see anything about automatically deleting after watch. can anyone help, cheers

Also, MP crashes intermittently when i access tv series, very annoying.

Are you not perhaps in the UNWATCHED view?
Try changing view to ALL and see if the missing episodes are back.
