Autoplay of DVD not working (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I would like to know if you have to activate anything else in the Moving Pictures Config besides "Play DVD" "When DVD is inserted" in the GUI Settings Tab to get a DVD played automatically.

If I insert a DVD and Mediaportal is in the Home screen it asks me if I want to play it... but when I am in Moving Pictures Nothing happens.... So I guess it has something to do with the Moving Pictures configuration.

Does this autoplay function require any additional configuration or program?

MovingPictures Configuration -> GUI Settings tab -> Behavior section:

Change "When DVD is inserted:" to "Play movie".

Just make sure MediaPortal is also configured correct, and perhaps you have conflicting other settings such as external player.

I use this setting... but nothing happens...

I use Acsoft TotalMedia Theatre 5 for playing BluRays...could that be a conflict?
I doubt it...

What else could be set up incorrectly in MediaPortal? Where should I look?

Run your problem scenario in the shortest amount of steps required *WITH* debug logging enabled.

Then provide *ALL* the logs as a reply to this thread (ZIP file is easiest).

Just make sure you capture the problem in the log files, otherwise they are useless.

attached you can find the logs.

If I am not mistaken, the insertion of the DVD is detected, but no other action is performed afterwards - no autoplay..
