What did fix it though was a clean reinstall of Win 10 and MP 1.13. I then restored all the MP settings and plugins with MP Backup and the autoplay continued to work<img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" />.
