Hi, 1) Remember, this is a free and opensource application. People are working on the spare time at it. You cannot expect a reaction right after posting. Christmas is not far away, so people have different things in their mind. :) 2) You had not much view on your topics, this could be because of 1) or because you did not choose a proper topic. Something like "Problems with Hauppauge PVR 500" may have attracted way more people. 3) Most users come from Europe. That may be the reason for the silence on IRC. To your problem: 1) The PVR 500 should work quite fine. So there is now need for SVNs 2) On autoscan make sure that MP really saved the channels. See picture one, the marked areas should be filled 3) Make sure that all channels are assigned to both tuners. See picture two. 4) Do you run your XP with admin rights or with a user? If MP does not store the channels it could be because of the lack of rights. 5) Can you add channels manually? Just hit add on the autotune page... 6) Do not know the Canadian EPG, but there has to be an option to map the scanned channels to the EPG channels. Can this be done somewhere? HTH and have a nice second Advent, Flip.
