See picture one, the marked areas should be filled3) Make sure that all channels are assigned to both tuners. See picture two.4) Do you run your XP with admin rights or with a user? If MP does not store the channels it could be because of the lack of rights.5) Can you add channels manually? Just hit add on the autotune page...6) Do not know the Canadian EPG, but there has to be an option to map the scanned channels to the EPG channels.
