Noticed the following:
1.play a video inside MyVideos
2.press "i" button on my MCE remote to open the OSD
3.press "pause" on remote
Expected: Paused OSD is shown
Result: no OSD elements are show except for the timeline

Only had time to test this in MyVideos, most likely it will happen in other sections like MyTV also.

Explanation why Top album tracks and Similar tracks lists are not visible until you focus them (in Music Now Playing):

When listcontrol is not focused, <unfocusedAlpha> and <dimColor> are put together. In your case, <unfocusedAlpha> is 150 (from references.xml) and <dimColor> is 60ffffff (default from code since you don't set it in skin file). This results in alpha channel 00 (transparent) and that's why you cannot see the lists. To fix use <dimColor>ffffffff on those two listcontrols.

I have a quick question, doesn't necessarily pertain to this specific Skin but, on my digital cable STB's EPG items are color coded (Blue for TV Show, Purple for Sports and Green for movies etc) is that something that can be implemented into MP's EPG? To be honest I'm not even sure if that information is available in the MC2XML file or not.

although please bear in mind that all fixes have to be tested and approved, and 1.3.0 is a little while away yet.

Did some work on the skins for plugins I use here are some pics.
They are not 100% complete but are usable for me and a work in progress.
The email was redone because of small font size.
If anyone is interested in any of these files until the official releases let me know I will up them.

I'm interested in the fileexplorer file.

Like I said not 100% but workable.
I don't use all the features I think so let me know if there is something I can fix.
There are 2 background images one has an image far left (in the screen shot) and the other without the image your choice.
Also the text viewer I have never tried until a couple of days ago has some issues it is talked about on the File Explorer thread.
It views the text but I don't know how to close it when I push back I get lockup/crash shite.

I guess these got missed:

~The list of plugins appears to have no highlighted item and the selected one is off the page (it seems to select the first hidden item at the bottom)
~Long plugin names overlap the right hand box (I added 'Online Videos' and it looked odd - changed it to 'Online' until fixed)
~Overlap in music icons view

sorry, i don`t know what you mean. Which list of plugins? BasicHome? Perhaps you can make a screenshot?

This is due the design of the BasicHome. Our default name for Online Videos is "Webvideos".

Basic home >> plugins - this list has no highlighted items. It appears to be the first one of the bottom of the list.

Pic1 - this is the plugins list I mean (basic home)
pic2 - this is the plugin list - note nothing is highlighted and the position of Music Trivia and My TV series at the bottom of the list - I Press 'Up' on the remote.
Pic3 - the list has moved up - still nothing is listed and the My TV Series item is the one that will be selected if i press 'ok' (the image on the left indicated the My TV Series item is selected)
