This is the first time I've had a play around with the skin files but I got it to show eventually, so I've attached the modified version of the file in case others want it showing again.The only changes I made were to one of the controls, there are 2 controls for the buffering label, one seems to be for the listview, and the other for the icon or big icon view. Here's the first control.
