AVerTV Hybrid Speedy PCI-E (1 Viewer)

This is my first post, so hello everybody.

Again it's a problem with detecting the TV card...my AVerTV Hybrid Speedy PCI-E wasn't detected.
I tried the solution found on tis forum for the avermedia cards but that wasn't work.
Maybe I am doing something wrong.... please help!

All DVB-T TV and radio channels was found,
but NO analog tv channels and radio channels present
