    I have an N270 atom based dedicated tv server
    Wow, I would never have thought an Atom would cope... :D
    How fast are the channel changes?
    50% == 4 x HD channels, or 4 x SD channels? HD vs. SD for decrypting can make a big difference.
    How many recording schedules?

    @azzuro You don't use MCEBuddy or similar to transcode your recordings, do you? If you did, that would be another important thing to consider.

    i think J1900 can be good for TVE with stream without transcoding.

    i must compar price with other options. but his one is my favorite for now ...

    i have never used this one ... it used for skip/remove commercial adds ?
    if yes, i don't use this ... but why not ! but use lot of ressources ?

    regarding j1900 - Yes I have..

    Its running tvserver, web, p2p etc.
    2 TV cards, mdapi (hdtv)
    5 disk drives, 1 SSD as boot drive
    win8 64 bit.

    smooth as silk.
    system is powered by pico PSU for even lower wattage :)
