backup database RC3 to upgrade to RC4? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I want to upgrade to RC4 but I don't know how to backup and restore myMovies database from RC3. I saw a previous thread saying to backup the database folder but there doesn't seem to be one in RC3 or I'm looking in the wrong place.

Does anyone know how i can backup the database? Also how to restore it once RC4 is installed? Thanks!!
