Backup of already watched (1 Viewer)

Hi!
Just installed a newer version of MP and since it uninstalled the older version i had to scan my tv shows again and of course i lost the marking of wich episodes i have watched.
Wich files do i need to backup to keep this from happening?

There's an option in MP-TVSeries config allowing you to backup and import your watched flags, can't remember exactly where it is but it's there somewhere...
