All what I can say is this 1.2.06 Version is unuseable for me . During Export I got many red EPG Programfiles ( import via Clickfinder ) with meant it cant be exportet.
With older Versions of Backupsetting all works fine.

can you provide more info about the silent mode? How can i activate it? is there an option in the .mpei maker and where? I could not find any posts or description on it.

please provide a log file with verbose debug on. It is stored in the tv.log (see the instruction on the first post #1)

No but you should aks : MediaPortal Forum - View Profile: ltfearme. He is the author of the extension Plugin, maybe he can help you. Because he told me about this function.

Due to an issue in my mpei installer files i will need to do some updates over the next two weeks, which will deactivate temporarily the mpei installer files at google.
You can always download from the first posting here. I suspect this caused the behavior IchBinsShort reported.


Update: The move is completed and everything should work now.

Just installed BackupSettings 1.2.0.7 and did a backup run. It worked fine, but gave an error in the log about PowerScheduler++, saying that + was an invalid character.

I think the backup worked anyway, it said it was successful, but just thought you might like to know

BackupSettings V1.2.0.8 released on 12.Dec.2011

In have released BackupSettings V1.2.0.8 with the following changes:
• “C” button will remember last drive letter
• fixes for stretching GUI
• fixed invalid + like “PowerScheduler++”for import/export (thanks to Caesium for posting)

I had backuped MP1.2.1.with Backupsettings. Then i made a Cleaninstall MP1.2.2 and load the Backup into it. In the Plugin 'TVWishlist' is only one Wish. The other are lost. Where are the Wishes stored??

Where are these stored (to restore from an other backup)?
