Basic home (1 Viewer)

How can I get this looking and behaving like normal Home, but with custom menu items?

I'm really not a fan of the animations, colour and size of font used in Basic home, but I really want to have TV Series and Moving Pictures in the top level menu. The normal Home is much cleaner and simpler in my opinion.

Is this just an XML change or is there more to it? I've never messed about with skins before.

If you just want these on your home page then use the show in home button in config
