    Merry Christmas everybody,

I'm looking for a 46" LED TV to connect via HDMI to my MediaPortal HTPC.

What is the most reliable HASSLE FREE TV you can recommed by your experience providing excellent picture and sound ???

Since the HTPC is my TV receiver all I would need is an appropriate 46" Display with good sound which connects via HDMI- but this doesn't exist. At least I couldn't find any.

    What would you recommend ?

    Appreciate your help.:)

    Cheers Ralph

AW: best 46" LED TV to connect via HDMI ???

    Hi guys,

Maybe I was asking the wrong question. I have the following TV in mind to use with MePo:

What do you think about this TV: 47" (119,38cm) LG Electronics 47LV570S LED 100

Or maybe put it this way: which one can you definetely recommend ???

    Cheers Ralph

Hi Ralph, merry Christmas to you too :)

It looks like a good choice to me, but I must admit that any LED will make me drool so maybe I am not the best to answer...

Maybe you should google for user experiences with the model you have in mind, just to be safe and then you effectively query a much bigger community than MP.

which one can you definetely recommend ???
well, not from experience, but from reading around and from word-of-month, when I win the lotto (not that I am buying tickerts :( ), I will go for the Sony Bravia.

Sony Bravia - get it backlit led with localdimming.
I have a sharp LC 46LE700, but would not recommend it, or sharp.
