Best ATI Display Driver? (1 Viewer)

I updated to 9.2 to try it out and it gave me problems. I had previous problems with 9.1 and had read that 8.12 was a good build. 8.12 fixed my problems, but I can't seem to find it again. I found it on guru3d, but while installing i noticed that it says 8.5 in the custom section where it displays what is to be installed....

Can anyone suggest another version of the driver that works, or tell me where I can find 8.12?

Nice, I had no idea they kept those older drivers!

Downloaded and again, it lists that the display driver is 8.5...

I must be doing something wrong here?

Is there another driver version that people prefer?

When I try to play a mkv in media portal, I get a quick flash as if it's gonna start, then nothing happens. It's driving me nuts!

the driver version is 8.5 - that's normal cause it is not the same versioning system as the packages.
