I know that in this forum there are some guys, who work with the bitcontrol Decoder. Do you had any problems running this codec in MP? Everytime when I enable the hardware acceleration (dxva 1.0) after 1 sec. picture and sound is frozen, and mediaportal crashes.

    edit:
I found out, that only the newest version 3.0 freezes. With version 2.1 everything is fine :)
Does anybody use Bitcontrol 3.0 with mediaportal without problems?

  • About The Project

The vision of the MediaPortal project is to create a free open source media centre application, which supports all advanced media centre functions, and is accessible to all Windows users.

In reaching this goal we are working every day to make sure our software is one of the best.

The team works very hard to make sure the community is running the best HTPC-software. We give away MediaPortal for free but hosting and software is not for us.
