Black Border around DVD's Only (1 Viewer)

I just installed MP last night and so far have been very impressed however I came across my first major problem today. I tried to play my first DVD and there are black bars around the entire video. The DVD has a 4x3 aspect ratio and so does the TV. I have not had this problem with any of my other videos played through MP and apparently 16x9 DVD's play correctly. Thanks for any help.

how big are the borders? Try hitting "S" or the blue button.
