Additional info
----------------
* Menus from many DVDs (examples: The African Queen, Me and You and everyone we know)
do not show. Black screen is shown instead but the system is responding when "stop" is pressed.
* Other DVDs (maybe 2/3 of the ones I tried) work flawlessly.
* TV (SD and HD) and blu-ray playback works without problems.
* Does not seem to be codec related as I:
- Tried many different decoders (microsoft, lav, powerdvd) with DVD navigator
- Also tried dshowhelper v0084_part_DWM from the development thread and with this all
menus work correctly!
* Dshowhelper v0084_part_DWM is however not a solution on my system as it introduces a lot
of stuttering with drops and repeats on some DVDs (no correlation to those that show black screen
with the MP 1.2 dshowhelper)

Thanks, I have now tried v0092a_no_dwm

* Menus for all DVDs I have tried are fine with this one whereas I have found about 5 films where menus don't work with
the one included in MP1.2, so it is definitely better in this aspect

* Stuttering issues are however similar to v0084_part_DWM. In the pal dvd "Million dollar baby", 25 Hz framerate
at 50 Hz screen, there is a big jump every 10-20s. This film plays perfectly with the dshowhelper included in MP 1.2.

If it is of any help I can provide logs while playing this film with 92a.

Cheers /Per

Edit:
v0092a_no_dwm together with ffdshow (instead of microsoft) decoder does not exhibit any stutter in the above
mentioned film. And the menus work for all films - which means I have a solution that at least right now works
on my system.
I do realize it must be a pain to get everthing to work across all different crappy source material, decoders,
renderer and different graphics drivers and hardware.
