This is not the final installed computer... just testing MP until all components of final HTPC come in. Issue was occurring in previous snapshots as well.

I start with Full Screen active - No issues in Window mode nor if started in Window mode and Alt-Enter to Full Screen mode.
    -Enter myTV.
-Either select TV and go to full frame or auto-start in full frame - get sound w/ no picture.
    -Exit to "previous screen".
-De-selecting TV gives me a message box saying that the recorder is busy (but time shifting was not selected).
    -Hit OK and re-select TV.
-Re-enter full frame TV - TV displays correctly.
    -Exit to GUI.
    -De-select TV (no message)
    -Exit to previous screen.
    -Re-enter myTV.
-Either select TV and go to full Frame or auto-start in full frame - TV displays correctly.
    -Exit to "previous screen".
-De-select TV (no message) and exit MP.

-Restart MP and the issue returns.

    Thanks

That sounds like it may be a codec conflict, run filmerit (link sig) and see if any errors.

If not run MPTestTool from the mediaportal program folder, recreate and then post logs here using the advanced feature +

I've had this problem for some time. It's been constant through video card upgrades, OS rebuilds, video driver upgrades, etc. Since it only occurs once when I start MP, I'm just living with it. I did submit a bug report, but there was no reaction.

Ray, I checked out Filmerit. It reported minor problems with a few audio codecs. Fixing them had no effect on the problem.

Thanks for the reply... had already done that with no effect

Did you delete the cached folder contents in the MP folder, also see here for more contacts about hdhomerun with MP.

Yes.. and just reconfirmed each. Thanks for the links.

The issue still persists.. but again, only when starting MP in full screen, not when manually switching to full screen from windowed start.
