After finding my BBCA mux went AWOL this week, I decided to look into it, and found that it had changed. Updated to new frequency (674000).

Also updated Mux 2,A and B to have an additional 200kHz, as this was what was being shown for the transmitter on ukfree.tv.

I have tried this on my own setup, but have not played with the tuning parameters before, so I might not fully appreciate everything that is involved. Won't get upset if it is rejected, but if so would appreciate feedback.

updated xml with C46 (674.0MHz), C43 (650.0MHz), C40 (626.0MHz), C41+ (634.2MHz), C44 (658.0MHz) and C47 (682.0MHz)

all channels are current and correct at date of posting
