Blacklisted Thumbnails (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

This a general question...hence no logs

Do anyone know how to un-blacklist failed videos/thumbnails?

Is it time based and MePo will auto retry after a period of time?

I have checked the blacklistthumbnail table and it doesnt have data in there for the videos that have been blacklisted?

Good question. Looking into this myself right now.
We definitely need an "clear blacklist" button inside MP Configuration.

Found it.

1. open MediaPortal.xml
2. look for <entry name="extractorversion">
3. increase that which will tell MP, "hey there is an updated version of mtn!" and so the blacklist is cleared!
