Hi,

just started to test out media portal and it looks great

i got a HD47780 4x20 display connected to LPT1, i configured all that is needed
in the external display plugin and i cannot see anything on the screen
i chooose the HD47780 v1.1 driver.

if i open LCDSmartie the display works great.

i also went over the wiki but i did not find any thing to help me.

please help me,

I use Joe Dalton's 47780 driver about 3 days now and it works fine. Not all the screens are displayed though. For instance the pop-up dialogs. Still looking around on the forum to find out more.
