when i enable antialiasing in catalist control center i can only play mpeg2 video, when i try to play any other type of video only audio gets played.
if i disable aa then i can play videos on mp, the game doesnt have a aa setting, so i have to rely on ccc to enable aa.

according to the filter graphs, when i get the black screen the filter goes from ffdshow video decoder to video mixin renderer 9.
when i can play the files the video part ends in ffdshow video decoder.
is there any way to tell mp to stop going to vmr9 and allways end in ffdshow video decoder?

I guess you have mixed up the graphs. VMR9 is needed to render anything on the screen. If VMR9 is missing (or alternatively EVR if its enabled in settings) its not possible to render the video on screen.
