we are still trying, since 2011, new install win 7, dedecated to media portal. we're so close! everything configured right, first I had a blank screen, then it says cannot build graph, report it to media portal. uugggg!! sorry,
we dont know where to go from here, so i,ve included logs in case someone knows how to read them. HELP! wife wants her soaps!! thank you.

Hi tracinjeff,
in your log I found only that some component and control items IDs not be found, it seems that for this skin some files are missing. Did you uses another skin to test or install another skin and test it again.

Hi, we tried wiping my win 7, starting over, have all updates, installed mediaportal, and, blank screen. tried using different skin, still blank. PLEASE HELP!! not sure what files to upload to figure this out![DOUBLEPOST=1375346150][/DOUBLEPOST]AHH, theres the logs!
