Did a clean boot and MP starts up automatically!

This is the last log!

Have tried to press CTRL+ALT+DEL access processes and terminate MP many time (only way BTW).

The configuration program is also unable to terminate the program completly (the process is still there - it is removed form the task list).

NB: Have also tried to use a different skin.

    Hi,
You could try to delete (if you have one) ScreenCalibration(your resolution)x(your resolution).fs.xml in your MediaPortal folder.

If that doesn't help & nothing else, remove MediaPortal (uninstall), delete MediaPortal folder (or rename it), reboot, install MP again....

No change on delete of ScreenCalibration.... file.

Know I will be able to make it work again if I do a complete reinstall and remove the configuration etc. But I like to know what is wrong - may also help the developers and other users.

Do not like to configure everything again - stations names etc. Is it possible to keep the stations (tv-radio) or move them into a new installation?

Did a search in the beginning and I can see that others have been having the same problem - the only solution I was able to find was to do a complete reinstallation of windows!

Like to find out what is the real problem - think it has something to do with DirectX and a combination of screen driver and MP.

    Hi,
If you copy MP folder to another place & then uninstall MP, etc, you can move back the database folder, which contains that info. Just wait until you have set it up & then copy back....

That log is better now, but still nothing in there indicating what the problem is.

I'd also suggest to follow ronilse's advice.
