got it running on 1.1 final . tried with "bankjob", "rescue down" and some others having "passkey" running in background and mpc as video renderer in mp configuration. thanks again for this great plugin. even the refreshrate changer works.

Remember (like Armandp writes in his opening post) that you should be able to play blu-ray discs WITHOUT this plugin.
If you can't play a blu-ray inside MediaPortal without this plugin, it's not gonna work WITH this plugin.

The plugin is designed to fix the problem with seamless branching discs so if you can't play a blu-ray inside MediaPortal, you should check your splitters/codecs with (for example) graphedit or graphstudio.

Once you can play blu-ray's with the internal player, you can enable the plugin so you can select the correct playlist on seamless branching discs.

the plugin works for me but i have the problem, that the graph allways uses "ffdshow video" instead of "ffdshow dxva video", so i get heavy stuttering... any hints?

Your system setup shows you're using PDVD codec for MPEG-2. That probably causes problems (i had something simular when i had PDVD codec selected for MPEG-2). You can try and select the MPC Gabest codec for MPEG-2 and see if you still have the problem. Selecting another codec instead of PDVD solved my problem. Armandp is already looking into this.

I was having a similar problem, it seems MediaPortal sees the stream as MPEG-2 video so will use whatever codec you have set MPEG-2 Video to in the MediaPortal config settings. To work around it I've set mine to MS DTV H.264 codec in windows 7.

i just play the largest .M2TS in the /bdmv/stream/ directory and it works no plugins

i get the audio streams but subtitles dont appear

im using MPC - MPA for audio decoder with DTS-HD audio stream(just the DTS core outputs via spdif to my DTS amp)
also using CoreAVC 2.0 for h264 video decoder
FFDshow ( ffdshow_rev3326_20100319_clsid ) is also installed as well as matroska splitter

what do i do to make subtitles appear? - i mean natively in MP and not remuxing which i already know how to do (see my sig)

Great to see others confirm this is working.
I suggest donwloading the lastes MPA decoder from MPC HC - driver package. The one included within MP is quite old and the lastes from MPC HC cures some stuttering I had with the old one.

Installed MP 1.1.0 Final this weekend and found a link to this nice plugin at a SAF post. Its working for me with the blurays "27 dresses", "And the pursit of happiness", "gran torino", "tear of the sin", "S.W.A.T.", "Speed", "Live Free or Die Hard".

I only failed with playback of "Léon Ultimate Edition" :-(
One glitch with the plugin is that it not honor the default audio language i selected in MP for videos. Not sure its a plugin problem at all, but would be nice it could manage to start the movies in my case with german language as default audio.

Looking forward for the next version with some more configuration options.

Sorry, I confirm that it doesn't work with MP 1.0.2. In fact the plugin even breaks M2TS playback with MP 1.0.2 on my system: I can playback M2TS files just fine without the BD Handler plugin, but as soon as it's enabled not only does it not work, but standalone M2TS files can't be played anymore.

Judging from the first line, it looks like the plugin is trying to access some MP settings that maybe are specific to 1.1.x ?

I don't care personally as I will be upgrading to 1.1 very soon but I just wanted to confirm that polarie's problem does indeed come from the particular combination BD Handler plugin on MP 1.0.2.

juppp ... dito will upgrade... tried a "quick&dirty" one with 1.1.0RC6 all worked ...

now lots of work will come ... a TV-Server and near by 4 clients to be installed

I'm running RC5 with blu ray handler plugin and it works fine.

did u got the "ballon-information" deaktivated ... (not that WIN-Balloon-tip)
i mean the passkey information that pops up...?

Did you try deaktivating tooltips within Passkey settings (here this works)?
