Tested with Blood Diamond. The movie plays perfect, but no menu. Can't start any of the other streams (extra stuff), it only starts the main movie again. Should the menu work?

I'm quite sure the plugin doesn't even try to implement a support for blu-ray menus.

Hehe i wish.. there's no real menu support only a playlist selection menu.

Currently i hardcoded the minimum feature length to one hour. Everything below that is ignored. I will make this configurable in the near future. When the disc only contains one feature that is an hour or longer it will start playback directly.

Fine, sounds good. Thanks to you. Tonight i learned a lot :)

    Edit:
Is there a way to figure out the version of for example the MpegSplitter.ax? Are there some meta-data within the file?

use a filter tool like Redlight Filter Manager and you can browse the installed filters, setup their properties and see the version information etc..

I am unsing tools like this, but the version information is unavailable for MpegSplitter.ax, cause this filter has not settings menu with something like an "About" info page...

The Blu-Ray Menu question is interesting.
Is there any chance to get the menus working with your plugin somehow in the future?

Anyway, i am sure your plugin will be a success.

I am also sure you already thought of automatically choosing the right language audio track and subtitles when starting to play... let me guess it will be a point for the config menu of the plugin... ;)

I have a few more filter graph questions since we solved the last one so perfectly.

Please take a look on the attached screen shoot of a graph taken from a Blu-Ray m2ts file (Harry Potter 6) with VC1 and English Audio in Dolby TrueHD.
I don't understand why both audio filters (AC3 and Gabest) are used. If i unregister one of them the audio line of the graph can't be rendered corretly. I can successfully connect the audio line of the graph manually with ether AC3 or Gabest but movie wont play corretly afterwords, ether have no sound or (with AC3) the movie doesn't play at all.
I think it must have something to do with Dolby TrueHD.
So my next question is: Which codecs can handle Dolby TrueHD and DTS Master Audio?
The prefeerred solution for me would be to pass all the audio as bitstream to my Onkyo AV receiver.

    (Using Windows 7 64bit, AC3 Filter 1.63b, Gabest splitter 1.3.1802, Gabest Audio codec 1.3.1802)

Tested the same m2ts file under Vista32. The Graph looks different and no more issues with 2 audio codecs in a row (check screen shot). Even the Splitter part of the graph looks different, compared to the graph under Windows 7 64bit there are 2 boxes now, one for the file itself and one for the splitter.

What is going with it, i really don't understand why it is so differnent one this two OS.

    PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND.

I'll have to stop you here.. i want to stay on topic (which is the plugin).
I think the codec forum is a more appropriate place to discuss your issues;)

To give a short (last) answer: FFDShow Audio Decoder is what you want (AC3Filter can't do it yet)

Thanks for feedback. I tought that, as long as we are talking about BR related stuff to ensure the basic funktionality of your plugin is ok for this thread.
    Thanks you anyway.

I will post this in the codec thread.

    Re: Bluray Handler 0.9.1 (BETA)

Because the plugin is in beta the pdb file can aid in debugging the plugin by supplying extra information in the logs.
Optionally you can put it in the same folder as the DLL.
