    @ powermarcel10

you also need MPC-HC (gabbest) to watch blue ray
and for commercial/original BluRay also a copy-protect-remover like anyDVD-HD or passkey
if u use winXP also a driver for bluRay-drive google for MS xbox BluRay driver) ... not necessary in windows7

    look first post of armandp

    regards

Thanks for your reply.. Allright, I try Slysoft Anydvd.. Have used that before..

I also need MPC-HC gabbest? As videodecoder? (sory, I'm a nooby with codecs) Is it not in SAF5 unlocked?

I'm using windows 7, so drivers are fine..

EDIT: I have also tried to copy a m2ts file to my harddrive, and play it in mediaportal, but also no luck.. (can this also because I have not installed anydvd yet?

To use with anydvd, you have to have BD Drive with Bluray disc of course or an ISO of your Bluray Disc.
But the lastest BDH is working with LAV Splitter (and not with MPC Splitter).
Normally, you have to install LAVF Splitter (maybe SAF6 do it), add .bdmv in config, if your BD was protected, use soft like anyDVD and setup your video/audio codec in MP and it should work :)

    Thanks guys,

No it work, but very shocky.. So i have now take a look to the codecs.. I install saf 6 again, and watch what happend.. With Lav splitter do I have to download? And how?

EDIT: With ffdshow DXVA as videodecoder, everything is fine :)

One problem left is that when I put the disc in the drive, I get a message if I want to play the disc, but when I press "yes" nothing happend..

Hmmm, I thought the movie was running smooth, but that was for one time.. no it stuttering again.. I try SAF6 and see what happend.. But can you tell me wich Lav splitter I have to use? Maybe that's the problem.. :)

Well, If I look in graphincstudio, the m2ts file is decoded by ffdshow videodecoder, even when I select powerDVD as videodecoder in Mediaportal configuration.. Isn't this strange? But, with Saf6, the movie is playing smooth now, so that's good..

Antoher problem: There is no subtitle! I can select a subtitle in mediaportal, but it doesn't show up.. Any idea?

Also the problem with autoloading is solved :)

EDIT: I have also installed the lav splitter from the link you sent because i hoped that this solved my problem with the subtitles, but it doesn't.. Do I have also to configure anything?

Keep in mind that SAF6 installs the LAV splitter as well.

Is it really necessary to use the latest one (or a specific version) or is the one included in SAF6 sufficient? (SAF6 usually uses the latest LAV splitter as well though.)

No necessary, but it's sure that with latest all is ok :)
    Thanks.

Well, If I look in graphincstudio, the m2ts file is decoded by ffdshow videodecoder, even when I select powerDVD as videodecoder in Mediaportal configuration..

that is also a problem here -
and i am not sure if that problem also is the reason for the stutter in my neighbours HTPC.

switching to powerDVD11 brings no different -
    SAF6 holds the prio for DXVA-ffd ...

had also asked in the saf6 thread how to change that :(

    @ seb

    have an idea?

As far as I remember from the SAF6 thread, subtitles generally will not work with the LAV splitter (yet).
