What would you use to create a sample file to test Perl's Avatar subtitle problem?

I've discovered that I have the same issue with my version of that movie too.

If I play the iso in TMT the subs work correctly. If I create an mkv from the iso the subs work fine in MP using LAV splitter.

I tried to use TSRemuxer to cut you a sample with subtitles from the main m2ts file but when I tested it the subtitles worked just fine .

So it seems the problem only applies to playing the BD structure.

If there's a better way to create a "broken" sample let me know and I'll happily provide it for download.

Hey

I think the best way is to upload main movie to the ftp and keep running a maybe 1Go from the beginning and stop it (hard cut of ftp soft lol).
A few minutes sample will be ok because subtitle comes quickly in avatar at the beginning

Hello, what is actually the newest Version ? Is 0.9.7.29 the newest and not 0.9.7.30 althought it has a higher Version ?

It is a little bit confusing:

• Downloads - mp-bdhandler - Bluray Handler is process plugin for the MediaPortal media center application - Google Project Hosting shows 0.9.27 (10.2010)
• MediaPortal - Das kostenlose Open Source Media Center - Bluray Handler 0.9.7 shows 0.9.29 (20.10.2011)
  The Extension Installer and the Extension Installer Plugin shows 0.9.7.30 (19.09.2011)

Please can you update this, that all the Sites shows the newest Version. For allem the Extension Installer should have the newest Version because with this you can update it directly in Mediaportal. And I think this is the common methode to install oder update a Plugin.

Effectively, i have working on svn googlecode version witch is based on .29. But the official beta release was .27.
About mpe1, i have upload a bad version of installer, so i fix it by update version to .30.

I didn't have write access to source and i didn't want to update it, armand need to review my patch.

So to resume : 0.9.7.30 is the latest for 1.2.1 and LAV Filter

Hello,

i have a little problem with bluray handler 0.9.7.30 on one of my 2 mepo clients. both have the same configuration but only one plays the bd iso's and the other one not (i can select the stream, than i get a black screen (about 1 sek) and jumps back to the movie info screen).

So i attach the Logfile from the clients.

Hi,

This is strange lol :
On working log it seems that dialog windows didn't show up and it's like BDH was not is use neither movpic.

On non working log, it seems that all was as expected but when movie should start, it was stopped automatically. It can be a codec issue. Can you try open index.bdmv to graphstudio to see if the graph is build correctly and can be play ?
