Because all people here are talking about the CIs, but as far MP doesn't even support T2 so a working CI would be still useless...

Of course we do!
We don't support some of the extensions like PLP (it is on my list for TVE 3.5), but my understanding is that DVB-T2 mostly doesn't use that [yet].
