I use a LCD project of which the contrast ratio is not that big 
The new LCD projector use a iris (change the amount of light dynamically) to increase the contrast (the darker the picture the more light). Now I have been thinking that this can also be done by software that adjust the brightness of the movie on a frame by frame bases.
Does anybody know if there is directshow filter that can do this or are there video cards (or there driver) that can do this?
