Hi doskabouter,

This one is working really nice.. I can see and feel the improvements!

One thing I didn't saw in previous versions is that the plugin didn't generate thumbs for Bookmarks.. Is this a known issue?

Any hurry with a release?
I'm thinking of giving all duplicate urls the same number, and trying to remove duplicates that are next to each other, but that might take some time (testing etc)
