I get "wrong fileformat" when i try to install mpe1 and "file already exist" when i try to update the installer?
I'm on a totally clean install. Tried clean install of both MP1.2beta and MP.
I tried run CCleaner to clean out temp's, no change.. :(

I cannot provide any logs as i don't know where they are, so please point me to them. :sorry:

Same issue for me since about a week. I just now updated to version 1.1.3 and ran the Windows 7 SP1 update that came available today. Alas the problem remains......

Mine still not working :(

I tried emptying the update cache, but when I try to download the update list it sais File already exists, and then it hangs (and have to kill the process manually)

If I have time again in like 6 months I should try a clean install of MP I guess................

Hmm did you try CCleaner to clean out your temps.
There's a folder in programsdata/mediaportal/
where temp data for mpei's are stored.. Try clean it.
