Ok, i have mentioned this in a few other threads, but i think it would be nice to know whether it is fixable, or just something i have to live with.

Bug: When my database gets too large (Bigger than 9000 TV Episodes) MP-TVseries does not display season banners, screenshots or logo's based on logo rules. This ONLY occurs in the plugin itself inside Mediaportal (Everything displays fine in the configuration screen when you click on it). Also, this happens on my older HTPC machine AND my big E6600 with an 8800GTS and 2gigs of gaming ram. If i reduce my database by randomly removing episodes from the database things slowly come right the more i delete. I don't know the magic number where everything displays fine but i assume its below 5000 or so from the testing i have done.

I am using the latest SVN. But it does this with every version including the stable and all the SVN's i have tried.

Sorry Bobb, don't have much time these last days, but haven't you had this problem (and others like it not showiing anything but the first show at all after a reboot) for a while now?

Edit: also, does it not show them immediatly after your start MP or only after you have used the plugin for a while. It only puts images into memory that it actaully needs and should release them once its done. I *think* but I'm not sure it's a little less agressive in releasing series banners in an effort to make things a little bit faster. If you have hundreds of series that need to be displayed at once that could constitue for a huge amount of memory being taken.

Have you tried manually removing all the series banners and see if it displays the rest ok then?

That previous issue i had was where it only shows the first series (24) so it looks like i only have one series, then when i go out and back in it shows the rest of the series, and that is when i have the "Only show available episodes" ticked (Must be a network share issue or something). I just leave it unticked now and it shows all the series when i go in.

It must be a memory issue, but even on a machine with 2gigs of ram it doesnt seem to make a difference. All the series banners display fine, its only the season banners, screenshots and logo's that don't show... I will delete all the series banners and see if it shows the other stuff like season banners, screenshots and logo's then.

Edit: When i delete the series banners as you suggested, most of the other stuff shows, Season banners, screenshots and everything.

OK, its got worse now! Now, it seems i have so many series that it cant even display the series banners anymore towards the end of my list! See attached screenshot. Doesnt seem to matter how much ram i have as i have tried it on a couple of machines with different specs.
