I can not reproduce it here. I added a lot of dummy shares to make the list long enough.
I can scroll without issues by mouse wheel and remote buttons (up/down) through the complete list, even having "offline" sources, which I thought could be the reason.

How long is your share list? Anyway the length shouldn't make any difference as long at least one items is out of view.
