Hello everybody,

Using MediaPortal for a long time now (with Belgiums TV-Vlaanderen) (1 TV-server, 6 Clients) and being a very big B&O-fan, I would like to create a skin (what I never did before).
It's not a skin like we all know...

The skin I would like to create, should look like the UI from the new BeoSound 5 (Link) :

A lot of movies are available on youtube.

Any skinbuilders claiming it can (not) be done ?

Greetings,
Jochen

Looks interesting, although the whole thing relies heavy on those wheel thingies.

    Plus:
    • You won't be able to implement those carved lists with the current listcontrol afaik
    • The animations will never be so smooth with the current MP engine

Those are the limitations I could think of, maybe an experienced skinner can add his/her thoughts??? ;)

There's a USB-controller in the style of an AUdI/BMW mediastick, I would use something like that to control MP.

I think the skin is so simple that it will be hard to make !

WOW - That is so cool it's almost a must have..

I'm by no means a designer, but I'll throw together some rough sketches for a skin for this, because that would be ultimately cool combined with small in wall screen!..

For those interested, the "Powermates" homepage is right here Griffin Technology: PowerMate - USB Multimedia Controller
