I know this isn't a real big tech issue but it is preventing me from using MP1 for one of the main purposes I wanted it. Lots of folks have looked at this post elsewhere but have not offered any advice. Is it I am just looking at how MP works all wrong?

========
I have installed MP1 and it works nicely for my TV requirements.
Configuring it for music has not proved so easy.
I have numerous Artists, each filed in a folder in which are folders for each album by that artist.
Try as I might I simply cannot figure out how to easily build a playlist of all artists, or even a group of artists.
What am I missing - I have tried following the on-line help and it has proved of no help so far. What am I missing?
I am using a Dell XPS with Windows 7.

    Hello and welcome Greg

    I don't use MP for music, but it should be easy to do what you want.

    To build a playlist...
    Go into the music section. Select the song, album or artist you want to add and press the "y" key (or right click and select "queue item").
    Press "F1" to view the current playlist.
    Options to save as a playlist, clear, shuffle etc. are in the side menu.

    Building a playlist containing all artists is done much the same way. However, you probably have to do it through shares view (if you don't know about views, -->this<-- is required reading) so that you can queue your music library's root folder.
