I've just bought a DVD burner so I can use the MyBurner plugin to burn audio CD's.
But the plugin doesn't seem to be working. Because there is a myburner.xml file in my PM III skin directory, I assumed it would be possible to burn CD's.

Is it possible to burn a CD. If yes.... how?

Does this mean it's not proted to .NET 2.0 yet?

Try to move madlldlib.dll to mp's root instead of placing it into the plugins' directory. Remove it from the plugin directory. Please report back if that helps.

Doesnt cause a crash if placed in MP root dir.

How exactly do you burn an audio CD? I have selected an MP3, a progress bar appears, and I get a wav file in the temp dir specified in the plugin options. Then what?

Don't ask me, I don't know. Never used the plugin cause imo it has never been really finished. Anyway, I'm updating the install instructions in the download area.

I think you can be sure that you're alone on the wide field there. Feel free to update the plugin if you like, others would appreciate it, I guess.

It would be excellent if you could work on the burner plugin.
It has so much potential but never was finished.

Basically MP would jump forward a huge amount if it was able to burn recorded TV to DVD and mp3s to CD. These are features most people expect from a HTPC nowadays.
