Can I manually change configuration settings? (2 Viewers)

I'm facing severe problems with recording to a network folder after I reinstalled my PC. In Windows Explorer I can easily access the network shares using the UNC path name but I cannot browse my way to the same path when setting the Recording folder.

So...

Can I manually change the recording folder in a config file or a MySQL database?

In other words: Where is the value for Recording folder stored?

I know I should do it through the Configuration tool but I haven't been able to get my NAS to be displayed in the dialog window when browsing for Recording folder.

Note: I would not recommend recording directly to a NAS. Don't be surprised if you have trouble with corruption in recordings.

I haven't experienced problems before. Not until I got my new PC a week ago. I simply cannot navigate to my NAS when browsing for Recording folder. So I'm just gonna give it a go with the manual update. If it doesn't work I'll just have to create a scheduled task that moves the files from my PC to my NAS.
