    Hello and welcome :)

    Please zip and post the full TV Server log files from c:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log.

    C:\ProgramData... not C:\Program Files... ;)
    In case you're not aware, c:\ProgramData is a hidden folder. You can get there by pasting the provided path into the address bar in Windows Explorer.

    Looks like that is the wrong folder. As MM1352000 said it is the hidden ProgramData folder that has the logs in side it.

    I have no data to loose with what I have done yet so be warned my steps are data destructive!

    I have the same issue after a pair of HDDs failed (mirrored) and I did a reinstall;

    Looking through the logs I saw it was complaining about a duplicate, "Existing" Database. I Removed the DB with SQL tools, UN-Installed the TV service component and reinstalled the TV Service component.

    The TV service can be extracted from the main install package with 7zip. and is in the deploy folder.

    The IP address of your TV Server has changed, and that is the cause of the problem:
    [2014-03-16 01:14:14,653] [Log ] [TVService] [INFO ] - Controller: using MySQL database connection: Server=kim-pc;Database=MpTvDb;User ID=root;Password
    [2014-03-16 01:14:14,653] [Log ] [TVService] [INFO ] - Controller: started at kim-pc
    [2014-03-16 01:14:14,653] [Log ] [TVService] [INFO ] - Controller: local ip address:192.168.0.107
    [2014-03-16 01:14:14,716] [Log ] [TVService] [ERROR] - Controller: sorry, master/slave server setups are not supported. Since there is already another server in the db, we exit here.
    [2014-03-16 01:14:14,747] [Log ] [TVService] [INFO ] - Controller: DeInit.

    Change your IP address back to what it was before, or use MySQL Workbench to update the IP address in the Servers database table.

    how do I do it?
    Change your IP address back to what it was before, or use MySQL Workbench to update the IP address in the Servers database table.

    Sorry, I can't be more specific than that. If you don't understand how to do that then you should completely uninstall TV Server and MySQL and install again from scratch.
